<p>2. Stek kycklingen i smör ca 5 minuter på bägge sidor, tillsätt vitlök och limejuice.</p>

<ul>
<li><em>ca 600 g skinkschnitzlar</em></li>
<li><em>1 röd paprika</em></li>
<li><em>125 g mozzarella</em></li>
<li><em>Ruccola</em></li>
<li><em>Smör</em></li>
<li><em>Salt och peppar</em></li>
</ul>
<p>1. Sätt ugnen på 250 grader. Kärna ur paprikan och skär den i avlånga bitar.</p>
<p>2. Skär osten i tunna skivor och grovhacka ruccolan.</p>
<p>3. Bryn schnitzlarna på båda sidor i en stekpanna med smör. Salta och peppra.</p>
<p>4. Lägg över dem i en ugnssäker form. Stek paprikan lätt och lägg sedan på köttet.</p>
<p>5. Lägg på ruccolan och täck med ost.</p>
<p>6. Gratinera i övre delen av ugnen ca 5 minuter tills osten börjar smälta.</p>

<li><em>2 dl creme fraiche</em></li>
</ul>
<p>1. Strimla purjolöken och skär äpplet i bitar.</p>
<p>2. Smält smöret i en gryta, strö på curry och låt fräsa några minuter.</p>
<p>3. Tillsätt purjolöken och äpplet, låt fräsa några minuter.</p>
<p>4. Skär korven i bitar och rör ner. Häll på vatten och låt koka 10 minuter.</p>
<p>5. Tillsätt creme fraiche och låt koka någon minut.</p>

<p>2. Vänd fisken i äggvita och därefter i krossade valnötter.</p>
<p>3. Lägg i en smörjd ugnssäker form och tillaga i ugnen tills innertemperaturen i fisken är 52 grader.</p>

<ul>
<li><em>4-6 kycklingbröstfiléer</em></li>
<li><em>1 tomat</em></li>
<li><em>1 kruka basilika</em></li>
<li><em>3 msk dijonsenap</em></li>
<li><em>2 dl vispgrädde</em></li>
<li><em>2 st vitlöksklyftor</em></li>
<li><em>2 dl creme fraiche</em></li>
<li><em>Salt &amp; peppar</em></li>
<li><em>2 dl riven ost</em></li>
</ul>
<p>1. Sätt ugnen på 200 grader och stek kycklingen i smör så att den får en fin yta.</p>
<p>2. Skiva tomaterna tunt. Lägg kycklingen i en ugnsfast form och lägg på tomaterna.</p>
<p>3. Hacka basilikan och strö över.</p>
<p>4. Blanda dijonsenap, grädde, pressad vitlök, creme fraiche, salt och peppar. Häll över kycklingen och strö över ost.</p>
<p>5. Gratinera i ugnen 20-25 minuter.</p>
